The Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2023 was a star-studded affair yesterday in Mumbai. A number of famous people, including R Balki, Alia Bhatt, Rekha, Varun Dhawan, Anupam Kher, Vivek Agnihotri, Rishab Shetty, Ronit Roy, Shreyas Talpade, and others, have already arrived for the award ceremony and were spotted posing for photos with the media. What caught out attention was Alia Bhatt and Rekha's adorable union.

Alia Bhatt welcomed and hugged seasoned actress Rekha as soon as she came at the event, and she looked stunning in a white sheer saree. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress embraced and interacted with Rekha in one of the videos that have been going viral on Instagram.  They both smiled as they made their way together to the red carpet and posed for pictures with the media. But Rekha kissing Alia Bhatt on the cheek was the cutest thing ever!

Rekha looked stunning. She was wearing lovely golden earrings and was seen holding a potli bag that was white and golden.

Talking on the workfront, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, co-starring Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. It will release on 28th July 2023. Alia also has Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa along with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
