Akshay Kumar postpones OMG 2 trailer launch as a mark of respect for Nitin Desai
Akshay Kumar took to his social media account as he informed his fans about postponing the trailer launch.

Kumar also made a touching announcement, deciding to postpone the much-anticipated trailer launch of 'OMG 2', a film he stars alongside Pankaj Tripathi.

In a heartfelt tribute, Akshay Kumar wrote, "Unbelievably sad to know about the demise of Nitin Desai. He was a stalwart in production design and a big part of our cinema fraternity. He worked on so many of my films… this is a huge loss. Out of respect, we are not releasing the OMG 2 trailer today. Will launch it tomorrow at 11 am. Om Shanti."
The news of Nitin Desai's passing came to light this morning when he was found hanging at his ND Studios in Karjat. Authorities reported that they received information about his death from members of the set crew. Maharashtra MLA Mahesh Baldi cited financial stress as the possible reason behind Desai's tragic suicide.
