Akshay Kumar had only One reason to be an Action Hero; and it's Hilarious!

Akshay Kumar is easily one of the most loved actors in Bollywood and being on fan favourite stars of the nation, fans have also tagged him as the Action star due to his film choices. However, no one know why he only chose action films in the initial stages of his career. Now, the Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood has finally revealed the truth. 

Talking about the same at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2019 Akki spiled the beans on when was the first time he thought of becoming a hero. The Kesari actor revealed that he was being beaten up by his father for failing the seventh standard and that’s when he said he is interested in becoming a hero.

Offering an inspirational advice he further added, "Had 14 flops in a row, but I always had work. If you are professional and a producer’s actor, work hard, you will always have work. This is for all the people who want to join this industry. Be honest with your work.”

On the work front, Akki is on a promotional spree for his upcoming film Good Newwz, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. It is slated to release on December 27, 2019.
