Looking marvelous for her second red carpet at the Cannes film festival, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made an absolute style statement in her spectacular white Ralph & Russo gown with a ruffled high-low hemline, cinched waist and a smattering of black flowers on the bodice. Pairing her stunning gown with Jimmy Choo shoes and Chopard jewellery Aishwarya looked like the true queen of the Cannes red carpet.

Allowing the gown to be the highlight of the look, she kept her make-up understated with a gorgeous graphic eyeliner and a nude lip colour. Leaving her hair open in waves Aishwarya presented a look that totally wowed the audiences.

Earlier in the day, Aishwarya joined social media for the first time and took over the L'Oral Paris social media accounts interacting with fans from all around the world.
