Aditi Sharma & Vishal Vashishtha- The new leads of the show 'Gangaa'!

Actress Aditi Sharma who's been a part of bollywood films like 'Mausam' and 'Ladies VS Ricky Bahl' will soon join & TV's show 'Ganga' along with actor Vishal Vashishtha, who was last seen on Star Plus show 'Ek Veer Ki Adraas...Veera'. The duo will be seen playing the leads on the show.

According to a report, "Aditi will play the grown up Gangaa while Vishal would portray the grown up Sagar, and will be paired opposite each other. The show will soon take a time leap and thus, the child actors will be replaced by the adult ones.

The actress is quoted stating that her grandmother also follows the show and she took the show as it's atypical of Saas -bahu story. Her character will be rebellious, where she will be seen questioning about the practice of blaming a girl for her husband's death.

Also, it was quite difficult for her to take up a TV show, being a film actress and few of her friends also remarked upon it. However, Aditi is excited to be part of the show and hopes that she does justice to the role.
