Actress Sayantani Ghosh to be a part of the show 'Santoshi Maa'!

Actress Sayantani Ghosh, well-known for playing the role of Amrita on Zee Tv's show 'Naaginn' will now be a part of the upcoming mythological show 'Santoshi Maa'. Sayanti was also a contestant in 'Bigg Boss' season 6 and has also played the role of Satyavati  on the mythological show 'Mahabharat'.

According to a report from a daily supplement, the actress will play the role of  the 'Goddess of jealousy' on the show. She would be seen as an antagonist to goddess Santoshi.

The actress confirmed the news to Telly Buzz. She said, "Yes, I am now a part of the show. As we know Godess Santoshi for her love, here I will be play the Godess of destruction and jealousy. My character is named as 'Poulomi'. 

"The whole idea is that, there is no reaction without an action and thus it's necessary to make a complete show. Also, it feels really good being a part of this show, as it's not completely a mythological show. It's a kind of social drama, which the audience will get to see. However, the show is produced by Rashmi Sharma and I believe that people will like it, Sayantani quoted further.

The show will soon be on air on And TV channel.
