Abi goes veggie!

Abigail Jain aka Madhu of Star Plus' Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai turns vegetarian so that she can lose weight.

Abigail says, "Yes I have turned vegetarian. I was a hard core non-vegetarian. So it will be difficult for me to control my temptations. But if I have to gain something I have to lose something. I want to lose weight and tone down myself. I want to look right by eating healthy food."

Many Bollywood actors have inspired her to turn vegetarian. "It's Shahid Kapoor. I simply adore him. He has inspired me to turn vegetarian. I think there are many plus points in eating vegetarian food. I believe in eating food that gives me energy and health to work rather than making me lazy."

On her track in Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai she says, "I really don't know about my track. I got married and moved to my in- laws' place and my life after marriage was focused. But I am not shooting now so I really can't comment on my track."
