Aashiqui: The new track from Cirkus gives a 'Badshah-verse' vibe with its peppy beats

Team Cirkus has already been making waves with their energetic promotions all over and fans are eagerly waiting to witness this comedy rollercoaster on the big screens. 

While a few songs from the film have been out, today yet another song titled 'Aashiqui' is released today. Nearly the whole cast of the family comedy is seen dancing to the Badshah song in the upbeat dance.

Aashiqui sounds like it strongly samples the rapper-song musician's Jugnu. Badshah composed and wrote the song's lyrics, and Amrita Singh sang the lead vocals. The song is a funky club track and it takes you for a nostalgic ride as you can feel the essence of 'Jugnu' in the beats. 

Earlier the song 'Current Laga' was released and it has been causing a stir all over the internet. the song features Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in their most electrifying avatars and you cannot stop thimping your legs as the song plays. 

With Cirkus filmmaker Rohit Shetty and star Ranveer Singh marks their third collaboration. They earlier worked together on the blockbusters Simmba and Sooryavanshi, where Singh and Ajay Devgn appeared in a cameo. Farhad Samji is the writer of Cirkus, which Shetty and Bhushan Kumar are backing. In addition to Ranveer, Pooja, and Jacqueline, the movie also has significant performances by Varun Sharma, Johnny Lever, Mukesh Tiwari, and Sanjay Mishra.
