Aamir Khan reveals how he was hopeless about finding love at '58-59'; met Gauri Spratt by mistake

Aamir Khan is now busy with the promotions of Sitaare Zameen Par, which is releasing on June 20, 2025. The superstar was on Raj Shamani’s podcast where he spoke about a number of things. One of them was his relationship with Gauri Spratt. After he announced the presence of his new lady love on his birthday, he was trolled for finding love when he was almost 60. Well, Aamir Khan also told Raj Shamani that even he found it hard to believe that he could ever find a companion when he was close to 60. In the past, he had been married to Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao.

Aamir Khan said that he was taking therapy to understand his thoughts and emotions in a better manner. The actor said that he felt maybe he was not the right person in the relationship. Ira Khan had revealed how Aamir and she went to therapy together to sort out childhood issues, and to learn self-love. Aamir Khan said he wanted to love himself in a better manner. He admitted that he met Gauri Spratt by accident. The actor had previously said that she was his friend since 25 years. Slowly, the two began to talk and developed a romantic relationship.

He said that his two wives are still a part of his family. Aamir Khan said they are his collaborators in his film and social work projects. Kiran Rao had also echoed the same sentiment. She said that the entire family including Reena and she eat together every Monday. We have seen Junaid and Azaad with Gauri Spratt on lunch outings. Aamir Khan’s sister Nuzhat Hegde said that the family adores Gauri as she is a very good human being. She said no one has any issue as long as Aamir and his new partner find their relationship happy and fulfilling.
