Aamir Khan Denies distributing Money via Wheat Bags...

Aamir Khan was recently seen participating in the ‘I for India’ concert to raise funds for the battle against COVID-19 on Sunday. Before the actor and other stars of the industry came together for the initiative, there were reports that he provided packets of wheat flour to the needy, along with Rs 15,000 cash in them. 

Although, Khan has clarified that he was not the one to make any donations.

Taking to his social media handle on Monday, Aamir Khan stated, “Guys, I am not the person putting money in wheat bags. Its either a fake story completely, or Robin Hood doesn't want to reveal himself! Stay safe. Love. a.”

For the uninitiated, a vehicle loaded with one-kilo packets of flour reportedly arrived in Delhi and several refused to take it since they felt that it would hardly serve any purpose for their families. However, those who took it were in for a surprise with cash hidden in it. While the authenticity of it was not known, Aamir has now clarified that he is in no way associated with the gesture.

Several posts about the alleged donations surface online and one was even shared by wrestler Sangram Singh, who hailed the Khan for the kind gesture.

In the video, he was heard saying that Aamir had sent a truck full of wheat flour packets, with one kilo for each family and that Rs 15,000 was found in those packets.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan has done his part by extending support to several organizations for Covid-19 relief but has not made his donations public.
