100 episodes for Jhansi Ki Rani...

It feels like just yesterday that the show started ... after all the li'l Jhansi Ki Rani is still only 12 and is just about to get married to King Gangadhar.

But yes ... Zee TV's Jhansi Ki Rani has successfully completed 100 episodes and the TRP's are soaring! To celebrate this "century" of episodes, the entire cast and crew of the show got together on the grand sets of the show in Vapi this Friday evening and cut a giant cake, opened a bottle of champagne, up went the party poppers and dancers emerged from nowhere to boogey to the beat of the "nagaada" ...

Ulka Gupta who plays the little queen had no idea she'd have to eat a 100 pieces of cake given that anyone and everyone on the set wanted to feed her ... Actor Sameer Dharmadhikari who plays King Gangadhar, on the other hand, was busy spreading cheer by having people guzzle down the bubbly! Quite a lively celebration!
