Roop - Mard Ka Naya Swaroop aired on Colors TV starring Shashank Vyas and Donal Bisht in the main lead who portrays the role of Roopendra and Ishika.
The story commences as young Roop who is played by Affan Khan deals and fights with the patriarchal society. Roop is an eight year old boy who likes cooking, sewing and washing. However, his father, Shamsher, believes that such works makes him less of a man and advises him to stay away from the women of the house. In order to keep him away from women, Shamsher eventually sends him to a military boarding school, away from home.
The story progresses as years later, Roop meets Ishika and falls in love with her. Roop-Mard ka Naya Swaroop which premiered on 28th May 2018 aired its final episode on Colors TV on 17th May 2019.
