Pratha is sister of Prithvi Raj Chauhan.
Sanyogita is the beautiful daughter of the King of Kannauj, Jaichand. She is a pampered and protected girl. Tales of her beauty had spread far. On hearing the tales of Prithviraj's valour and courage, she falls in love with him without even seeing him. Her love for him is so strong that she defies her beloved father's wishes and chooses to run away with him.
