Mehak is normal now but she forgot her past. she doesn't remember anything about their wedding or separation or giving birth to 1st children.😒 So naturally she doesn't know about Karishma.

Shaurya made it, he promised himself he will cure her one day & he succeeded. 😳 They have one more daughter now.

Arya is grown up young man, he is darling son of MehRya. The way he gave assurance to his Papa was commandable. Aap Ma sambalo mein aapko sambaloonga That's cute of him 😳
