So, is case marriage does not happen, logically the property will get stuck to Mahek only. If she dies spinster then the property ideally should get transferred to her legal heirs, i.e. the Sharmas. Or worst case if she marries someone else then it's gone for good!!! (I know that the latter option is impossible as long as Shaurya is alive 😆).. Apologies for being logical, but kyaa karoon !!!
