Thanks a lot for understanding.You really don't know what burden u took off my soldier.I was and am still living in the guilt of hurting someone who is really a innocent person.

he was telling me that at the time u thought he was someone u knew that's why u reacted that way.

Actually now again had a mild replapse,mixed bipolar disordr,plus high hupothyroidism 69,whera s for normal person is 1,menstrual cycle is irregularactually lithium is the main medicine for bipolar but due to that automatically i became a hypothyroid patent,over urination and most important factor is lack of sleep.i was without sleep for 4 days
my conditipn was really critical.now i am hospitalizes in GG hospital kerala.even i have PCOD syndrome
