I think they make a perfect yin-yang relationship. She bring the calm, cool, level headed half to Showrya's hot headed, arrogant self. In some ways, probably that is what drew them to each other subconsciously. Even from the first episode, when SK thought she was on the heavier side, middle class, dresses drab etc, there was an undeniable attraction. I am thinking of the first episode where they meet, where he is the judge of the cooking show and he is walking to the stage, but is watching her alll the way...

I believe it is love with all other elements of attraction, possessiveness, obsessiveness in it. Mehek's way of expressing love is more mellow, tolerant, understanding and accommodating sort of love. But, SK's form of expressing is just the opposite, the loud, possessive, overly expressive kind of love. And they bring this kind of love not just to each other, but in their other relationships as well - Mehek's love of her family and Showrya's love to his mom is just the same way. That is just how they are!

Inspite of all the madness, I think there is true love in what Showrya feels. And inspite of the subdued love that Mehek shows, there is true passion there. Perfect Yin-Yang!
