Hey I was catching up on the old episodes and remembered your post!
Nadia presented a gift box at the hotel's reception, not the card. Nobody looked at the box, so who knows what gift she gave them 😆
The other point is script logic, no matter how much the hero gets beaten up, he/she will gain magic strength to escape, even if pregnant 😃 Though Vera did say there was no X-ray machine in the prison, so guess Nadia lied about having a fracture.
