The most famous shows airing in Turkey currently are Dirilis Ertugrul, Icerde, Anne and Vatanim Sensin.
Especially Icerde, Anne and Dirilis Ertugrul are the most famous ones right know. Ask Laftan Anlamaz is average in terms of Trps in Turkey.

Yep I got to know ALA is 6th on the channel. Alot of Non-Turkish people are following the show including me and its sucha rage on twitter! It is one hell of a story with gorgeous leads

@ayda - it's so nice to get some insight from a native (or so I assume) so thank you!

Pretty hard to discuss this show (ALA) anywhere - all the comments are in Turkish :( and unfortunately, only up to ep. 11 has been updated so far. (in English)

I've finally found another romance based show after IPKKND that I absolutely love! The love-hate relationship, hate track post marriage reminds me a lot of Khushi-Arnav and honestly, I struggle to find any real chemistry between TV leads these days but Hayat-Murat are one HOT couple! And the second best thing about this show - Tuval! Absolutely hilarious. The show is a lot of fluff, and I can see why the TRPs aren't so high but the show has MASSIVE online following - something the makers really should look to exploit.

Major crush on Burak ah! Those google image do not do him any justice! Lol a mature, better looking version of Zayn Malik. :P

Also, assuming the show is anything to go by, found it fascinating to learn more about the Turkish culture. :)

I'm watching Fatmagul on Zindagi now , as it is dubbed version no doubts regarding that ..but I'm more addicted to Ask Laftan Anlamaz now ...Murat Bey is just love..but the real problem is about translation , out of 20 episodes we have only 11 episodes with subs , many on twitter are requesting Show TV for episodes with subtitles . ..some said that they air with subs on TV , is that true ?

If I had Twitter, and a bit more spare time, I'd have bombarded them too! Have they responded to any requests yet? Pretty hard to understand as everything is in Turkish. :( Someone mentioned it airs in India every Wednesday. So is it dubbed in Hindi? Surely it would be available online if so?

I'm active on twitter , we are tweeting them to release episodes with subtitles but no response . ..we even tweet them in turkish 😭😭 . No dear it's not airing in India , I wish soon Zindagi airs it 😭

Yes Murat Bey is Love ...now he really raised the standards of a right man and I think Im gonna stay single forever expecting a man like Murat In my life .

Fatmagul is a story of rape victim , and the eternal love story of Kerim & Fatmagul . ..we must watch for Engin & Beren 😳

Don't know how I bumped into this thread, but I am glad I did.

Ayda: Thanks for so patiently letting us know vividly about different aspects of Turkish culture. It is beautiful <3

It's so hard to find any platform to discuss Ask Laftan Anlamaz.

I am from Calcutta, India, and honestly, after IPK and Arnav-Khushi, I have hardly watched any romantic show.

As it is, ArShi's chemistry remains unmatchable to me and for many out there I am sanguine.

However, from the past week I started watching Ask Laftan Anlamaz, and boy! It is the only show, the only lead pair, who have managed to make me go into that gleeful la-la-land watching any romantic series after IPK.

Hayat and Murat are #goals ❤️

After a lot of toil, research, surfing, etc., I managed to download all episodes, out of which I have English subtitles will Epi-12.

I really wish the official channel could upload the episodes on YT with subtitles, given that the show is making such a rage and is already viral in so many countries altogether.

Being fond of different languages and cultures, it is an absolute delight to learn about Turkish culture through the show, and the language seems quite sweet to me.

I also sometimes use Google Translator and DuoLingo to learn the basics of the language..

Hehe!

Let's keep ourselves updated and hope we soon get all epis till 22 (22nd will be telecast tomorrow on Show TV) with English subtitles, pronto.

Hello everyone. Sorry, I wasn't active here quite for a while. I hope you can forgive me :(

I am happy to see, that so many of you watch Ask Laftan Anlamaz. I must admit I am not following the show myself, because I watch other stuff on Turkish television. Serials like Icerde, Vatanim Sensin or Poyraz Karayel are more interesting for me right now, but I am very happy that you guys like watching Murat and Hayat in Ask Laftan Anlamaz. They truly are a hot couple :)

Maybe Zindagi Channel will air Ask Laftan Anlamaz as well soon. Hope you guys will find a chance to watch the series dubbed in hindi. You guys should definitely request Zindagi to show Ask Laftan Anlamaz in India.

Regarding some of your questions. Yes, I am turkish. Both my parents are from Turkey. But I was born in Germany and live there as well right now :)

Hope you continue your interest in Turkey, turkish culture etc. I also love watching Indian films, serials etc. And I just love Indian culture :)
