been on the fence for this one..but yesterday's epi..m sold on the show!

its very easy to dislike, or find a character like afzal annoying or unbearable..but somehow he is made very endearing, even in that galli cricket..I was hoping he would win🤣 the vision of farah in between the match was beautifully shot!👏

afzal's family is so lovable..and moulvi saab nailed it yesterday, someone said here right that they love the actor, because he brings respectability to the role..totally agree now..yesterday it dint look like anybody was "acting" acting..rather all looked the characters..the showdown, confrontation was just awesome! so as afzal's crying in front of his sister <3 Arfa's character is fast turning out to be my personal fav..and afzal-arfa's bonding is just beautiful <3 <3 <3

I missed rosie though🤣

And yeah most people know what happens to Afzal in the end, but the journey is so worth it, trust me! Aisay dramay buhat kam kam bantay hain.

Lol I myself hate spoilers. God I rememba the horror during ZGH. Roz koi na koi spoiler de deta tha 😡

And yes Hiral,that scene was beautifully shot.

I still have a problem with the slow pace. 😳

@Hiral : off-topic,did maharana pratap end? I totally forgot about this show. Faisal was so good as young Pratap. Stopped watching after sharad entered.

In most of our historicals,its the teenage actors who shine more often. Started with Rajat Tokas in prithviraj chauhan and then faisal in Maharana pratap and now that guy playing Ashoka is spectacular! The adult actors just dont click most of the times. Anas was horrible as older Prithvi. Sharad was okay I guess.

This Ashoka guy is super talented. R u watching it?

MP - its still on and mangled horribly history and quality wise!🥱 and I cant stand sharad, whatever I watched of him early on, he was like a puppy face paplu version of pratap - no spark, no boom in the voice, no fiery eyes IKR, faisal baccha <3

contiloe sucks big time with its post leap casting in general..they screwed shivaji's, MP's and m sure ashoka too will bear the brunt with leap MP used to be my fav show at one point..wouldnt miss a single epi..sigh what have they made of it now😵

yeah I watch ashoka on and off..its gripping but sensationalized badly too..like sidharth nigam, as much as I like aamir's movies, sid turned out to be the best thing even about Dhoom 3 😆 him, the guy playing sushim, siamak, that ahamkara girl..kids are ruling the roost even in ashoka..it will be tough to find good replacements for them

^Tell me about it. I dont mean to generalise or anything,but kids are more driven and determined and are always ready to learn. I think the adults are more concerned about how they look and the fame and the money.

Just look at their interviews. The kids will just talk about how much fun they have etc while the elders will be more keen to just show-off and say 'maine yeh kiya woh kiya'-_- The 'I know it all' attitude consumes them.

Among the other leading actors,I only liked Ashish Sharma offscreen,such a humble guy. And talented too. Gurmeet is also very nice offscreen. I used to like Rajat offscreen too,but taht was when he was a kid. Lol.

I have seen Rajat change drastically. He was such a humble and polite kid and now he's grown into a complete muh-phat. Ufff. Still very talented though. So I dont care. But I wish he hadn't changed his behavior offscreen. I legit loved him when I was in high school 😆

There are some actors who are great onscreen but I feel like slapping them when I see their interviews. And there are so many of this kind! Arrrgghh.

I think actors are meant to be liked onscreen only. 😆 Hamza is another case. Imran Abbas too. I like them onscreen. But I cant sit through their interviews.

People like Fawad are exceptions. Most of them are just arrogant.

Kids are the best,sachchi 😆

SidNigam was in Dhoom3? I havent had the patience to watch that film. Lol

Btw aren't there any kids shows in Pakistan? 😆
