Fawad's message of gratitude for his fan, Sara Naveed who published her first book Undying Affinity in which the male lead's character is inspired by/based on Fawad. Its soo great of him to acknowledge it-i havnt seen any other stars do so-that too in such beautiful words. Does he write it himself? I wud like to believe so. Also have u guys read the long message Fawad had asked Ayesha Naveed to pass on to other fans regarding fan wars i guess. That too was so great. Respect for this man :)

I have been a silent reader of all the posts here. The discussion about Fawad's future projects has got me into wanting to share my views on this topic.

IMO, Fawad must have a few offers he can choose from. I think he would want to strike while the iron is still hot. He would want to capitalise on his current popularity. When choosing a film, he would give prime importance to the role that is offered to him, but he would also weigh a lot of things before signing for a film, like the banner, the director, co-stars (and their available dates), finance, and the over-all presence the film might have in the industry. Based on this, I think he will not hesitate to sign up for the role of a parallel lead, as long as it has a decent scope and promise. For now, the ones doing the rumour rounds are Sujoy's film with Balaji, Amrita Pritam's biopic, and B4B. There is no wind of any Pak projects yet. So, I see him giving a green signal to Imroze's role, and the cop/detective in Sujoy Ghosh's film (if the rumours are to be believed)

As for B4B, it is a perfect film for Fawad, he would fit the bill to the tee. It would do well, given the appreciation Fawad and Sonam's pairing has received. This is his best bet as of now. B4B seems to be definitely going ahead but will be a matter of some time before it hits the floor, as Sonam is currently busy with PRDP. So in all likelihood, it will not be until second half of 2015 before it kicks off. Fawad might have enough time to complete one, or even two films by then; if he is playing a parallel lead, it won't take him as long. I see Fawad heading towards Mumbai in latter half of Dec/ early Jan.

From what little I've come to know about Fawad through his interviews and other reports, he seems to be a very balanced, intelligent guy. I would count on him to make wise decisions and make the most of the current favourable situations.

Old habits die hard, so i googled Amrita, Imroze and Sahir- n i m deeply touched by Imroze's love for Amrita. What a great man! IMO his and Amrita's story is soo beautiful and shud b portrayed onscreen. But then i guess, the movie is about Sahir and Amrita majorly. Thats so sad n unfair for Imroze i feel :( Biased i know :P I wud love to see FK as Imroze if the makers do justice to the man and FK and if they can portray anything like what written about them in this article-

Fawad Khan to romance Sonakshi Sinha?

This is the most exciting piece of news Sonakshi and Fawad fans will hear all day!

Rumour mills suggest that Sonakshi Sinha and Fawad Khan have been approached to star in a film together. Last week, the makers of the film finalised Sonakshi as the female lead of the film and now sources close to the film suggest that Fawad might end up romancing Jr Shotgun in the film.

The film is based on the popular Sahir Ludhianvi- Amrita Pritam- Imroz love triangle. While Sona will play Amrita, Fawad is said to be cast as her husband Imroz. Names for Sahir's character are still been thrown around the table.

For the uninitiated, Amrita Pritam was a popular Indian poet and writer whose unrequited love for Urdu poet and lyricist Sahir Ludhianvi became a talked- about topic back in the 1940s. Amrita later found solace in famous painter and writer Imroz's love who accepted Amrita with full knowledge of her fourteen year long obsession with Sahir. The two lived together for four decades without having married each other.

To have Sonakshi and Fawad as a part of what sounds like one of the most iconic love stories of all time has us really pumped! Who do you think will fit the bill as Sahir in this film?
