Fawad Khan turns style guru

GQIndiaGQIndia - 2 hours 48 minutes ago
Going home for a wardrobe switch up post work and before play is as lame as sipping out of your missus' cosmopolitan at the club. Here, we get Khoobsurat's dapper lead actor, Fawad Khan, to make the leap from work to party with ease.
Stick to the suit
Whether you're an office guy who needs to look sharp for the competition, or a creative type who dresses up because he likes to, the suit is the basic building block of looking good. And it's no different for when you hit the bar. Keep your suit on but unbutton your jacket and roll up the sleeves. You're aiming for swish, not stiff.

Give the tie a break
At GQ, we like a narrow - but not super-skinny - for the boardroom. Post 6pm, we switch to the dapper man's version of the skinny straight tie: the bow. You can wear one in a range of colours and patterns - just make sure it's a tie-it-yourself bow tie.

Loafers to loaf around
Black lace-ups will always be the strongest weapons in your shoe arsenal but they exude a certain polish that's more number-crunching bizman than party playboy. And what would you rather be when you're knocking back those whiskey sours at a club? Glide into a pair of patent leather loafers for primo comfort and cool.

Do the square
One of the quickest and easiest ways to add a suave touch to your outfit is by slipping a handkerchief into your chest pocket. Of course, there are countless kinds of pocket squares, and numerous ways to fold them. But we like to rely on two versions - the clean and crisp (daytime), and the bold and proud (after hours).

he is immpecably stylish .. before i saw him, i had hardly found any one from bollywood who would be so charming and such a good carrier of outfits.. what acts as a winner is that Fawad has a very good taste, and he looks regal in his outfits ..

i love his pocket aquares a lot, and especially whenever he aadorns his specks, he kills it...
