He must be knowing that but still addicted to it. May be its occupational hazard for people in a high risk, high pressure job. We cant do anything about it other than saying hope he changes his habit.

Unfortunately he is a chain smoker, I read last year when someone met him on ks set, he smoked 5 cigarettes in 15 mins. . Dont know how true it is. Toh aisi addiction ko woh khud hi chod sakta hai, no one can help it.

Yes hope he is able to overcome this habit. Being diabetic mk things worse for him too.

Same with me.. Actors I m in love with are all chain smokers... In fact my hubby was also a chain smoker when I met him in college... Thank god he has quit now.
