Also I felt among all the people Khizer was the most callous and cruel. Cruel towards what he did and said to Asher...simply because the person he loves...loves Asher(not Asher's fault really) but he gave him a deathly blow. And callous towards Khirad...she was simply a pawn...a means to an end. I am glad later none of these poeple get what they wanted.

I think it was just coincidence because neither Sara nor Fareeda thought that Asher will ever accept khirad. When Sara realised that Asher started loving khirad she pushed Fareeda and coincidently baseerat also died. Remember the convo between Asher and Fareeda in her office which happened right after Asher tells Sara that khirad is special for him?

Yes that convo it was pretty obvious from Fareeda's fake smile that she was uncomfortable. Asher being a sweetheart had to go around telling everyone.

Its ok. Our curious mind.

Asher accepting Hareem that whole heartedly and getting emotinally attached from the word go, thats where Fareeda was defeated and her downfall started. She judged her son wrong very badly in that sense. Asher remained emotionally invested in his marriage, to khirad thus existence of Hareem just helped him to hold it tighter and his all guards were taken off as he failed to fight any more indifference as parenthood took over. Him as a father will make you feel for him actually.

That is why despite everything Asher was a golden heart and never really wanted to question khirad about the legitimacy of the kid. He wanted to believe that the kid was his.

It was pretty convenient that baseerat died at the same time making things easier for them

About Fareeda my thoughts are she never did these out of "unconditional love" for her son. Or to have a daughter in law as per her wishes. But out of the insult to her she took when Baseerath told her giving her a talaq to her if she doesn't agrees. I guess it never sunk in to her mountain sized ego that she can be thrown out of the house cuz of the "do take" ki ladki as she thinks about Khirad. But its disgusting to see how she waited for her husband to die. To completely phase out her plan. And her level of cruelty surprises me. How could she sleep peacefully at ni8 after all dis -_- After doing dese to her own son.

The Naari Shakti in me takes strong exception of the word khidmat 😆 In this context khidmAt in this context means Khurd doing things as per asher's wants or needs and if it's physical intimacy then it means that... So it's an implied thing and contextual as everyone said. Milna was very obvious

Yes all his shield were broken like glass as soon as he encou tered his sweet little daughter. He never questioned that and I love him for this fact atleast, he wronged khirad the wife due to circumstances but he never failed as a father.

And yhats why Epi 15 , epi 16 remain most favorites. Fawad was beyond brilliant and I am waiting to write for him in epi 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23. I think peopke have to bear with me for my fangirling. I was awestruck when I first saw those. Thats why abhi I say Fawad ke liye mujhe kuch nahi kehna hai. 😆
