Zaroon has mentioned many times Kashaf,s name after leaving the university . She was never far away from his mind .He has started comparing her to Asmara . Even with her sister when he named Kashaf then with Osama . With Kashaf she was so engrossed in home problems of home , first Sidra,s marriage , then Shneela,s admission . But when she met first time in the office ,she was not rude to him but had smile . And Zaroon following her for her number that time also she had smile . That time she was free of responsibilities and became financially secure .

^Though kashaf didn't mention Zaroon's name directly anytime after the university but still when she used to complain about rich people,it was supposed to meant for Zaroon only.
Edited-She mentions this while talking to her mom on the table with a pause that some ppl get things easily done.

So true on their college rivalry part.It was not Kashaf falling and Zaroon coming from the next floor in milliseconds to catch her.I can't even imagine them doing this.🤢

@bold-Same happened with me too.It was so evident that are meant to be together and I was anxious to know that they find each other again or not.And had it been the otherwise,I couldn't have taken it up.In the initial episodes you keep thinking that how will they get together since they are on so different terms.This element generates curiosity to watch further.Must say that the writer and makers have done a commendable job which is believable wrt KZ alliance.👏Its not that Zaroon meets her again and he falls for her.There is whole good reason for it.It also tells that good looking ppl don't always look for outer beauty who can match to their good looks without showing it in any filmy way.

Love and hate are both emotions , what she wrote in diary was convincing herself , sometimes you force yourself and same was the case with Kashaf . If she really hated him her reaction must have been different . Kashaf never tried to introspect herself , she was just emotional fool and vulnerable . Remember when she had talk with Sidra and Sidra on the other side was laughing . And more you try to push that emotion , more it comes forward .
