Hazel hails from Britain and has completed her studies in fashion and textiles in West Kent College. It was her love for the music, dance, glamour and glitz of Bollywood that brought her to Mumbai. She debuted in Bollywood with Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar opposite Ruslaan Mumtaz. Hazel's entry into the glittering world of Bollywood came by chance when she was backpacking in Thailand and stumbled upon an Indian film being shot there. She was also seen in Ajay Devgan's debut venture U, Me Aur Hum movie.
Hazel openly admits that she is brat and loves to grab attention. She loves taking up challenges which explains her coming all the way from Britain to pursue her interests. She stays alone in Mumbai and has had her own share of struggles in India. Dancing is her passion and she idolises Aishwarya Rai.
