Can someone please explain to me how does the penalty bench work?

As delnaz said that if vikas wins thn they can bring both of their members amey n manish back as they dont send astika on penalty bench. this is confusing....

when mouli won the contemporary round against chataniya thn naraniya had to apologize and the girls had tuh use their life live...why as mouli won Naraniyni back so y use life line? I am so confused can someone explain me the khlass round rules.

if a team both rounds of the challenge episode (tuesday), their members on the penalty bench automatically caome back to the team without the use of life lines. narayani had to appologize because the girls used the life line to bring her back... not by winning both rounds (lagi bet and khallaas)

Actually its not like that.. See u're saying when Mouni won against Chaitanya.. they still used the lifeline.. but they had another way of bringing Narayani back..and that was to let Chaitanya stay on the team and tht automatically brings Narayani back without using the lifeline.. So Delnaaz yesterday was saying that if boys win the Khallas round..they let Ashita stay in the girls' team and dont let her go on the bench..which helps them bring one member back..(suppose Manish) and they can bring Ameya back by using their lifeline.

yeah this one is right....the first explanation is incorrect...

if you win khallas round....den u have 2 options....

1) u can send the losing team's member to the bench...but that means u cannot bring ur member back from the bench...

2) u dont have to send the losing team's member on the bench....u can let them stay on the team, but in exchange, bring one of ur members off the bench....

so delnaz said that the boys can use option 2......meaning if vikas wins, they dont send ashita to the bench and can bring one of their members back.......den for the 2nd member, they can just use a lifeline....

however vikas didnt win.....that means they had no other choice but to use a lifeline....

lagi bet round has nothing to do with khallas round...
