Tsk Tsk…poor little Amit Tandon

In the recent episode of Zara nachke Dikha, Amit Tandon of Tez Talwars, injured himself while performing. Amit Tandon started with a bang on 'Tere naal ishq nibhana' but much to his dismay, during the performance he lost his balance whilst doing a jump where he fell badly and got injured (sprained his ankle badly).

Excruciating pain followed his sprain so much so that the actor cum singer could not perform his next act. Hoping that he could gain some sympathy from the judges, Amit requested them if he could perform his act in the next episode. But our judges…well, we hear that Malaika sternly told him that she sympathies with but can't allow him as going by what she saw on stage (he blanked out on stage and fumbled on his steps before falling and getting hurt). She reiterated he would have definitely got a chance to perform due to injury, but that would not be considered now.

We caught up with Amit…"I was over-pressurized and was performing on 3 different dance routines. When I was performing, I felt that my muscles started to stiffen. I tried and continued to perform but I unfortunately couldn't. I did request the judges for a chance to perform in the next episode but I was disqualified."

He added, sarcastically, "Not only did I fail to put up a good act, but the added pain that I went through was the icing that I needed." I could not put up a good act because I found it very difficult and I went through a lot of pain. I was quite upset about it and never thought my leg will give away. I have no issues about anything at all. I know that this is part and parcel of reality shows"

He adds, "I am much better now and was resting for a week. The pain is ebbing away and I am working hard to give my best in the coming performances".

That's Amit Tandon, the unlucky boy at the moment. But the sizzle of the reality show is still there. We hear that the much talked about couple of the television screen, Gaurav Chopra & Narayani Shastri would be performing together! This leaves people guessing about their on and off relationship. Ironically in the last episode also, they performed, but against each other in the 'Challenge Episode' where Narayani won the round.

The coming Performance episode theme being 'Shades of love' Narayani's insisted on performing with Gaurav on an extremely emotional number 'Tu Jahan Main Wahan' for the 'Hum Tum' round. Infact, we hear from our sources that she selected the song and conceptualized the entire sequence. But it was Gaurav who walked away with more scores and accolades from the judges. But he supported Narayani saying that he is willing to share his marks with Narayani and for him, she scores 10 /10.
