The episode starts with Survi hugging Kartik then making him sit down. then she narrates what took place. He regrets for forgiving Tai, but he'd never thought that she would stoop so low. He offers that they should go home and expose her. Survi says they won't do anything like that. Kartik gets frustrated and asks if they'd just watch silently while jeopardizing their family's security. Meanwhile, Kishore finds them while looking for Survi and hugs Kartik emotionally. He asks about home. Kishore tells him of mixing legal papers and that everything is in the name of Tai. Kartik says angrily that he has had enough and he won't spare Tai, and they have to inform police then get Tai and fake Kartik arrested. Survi asks him to calm down and think that as long as they don't know he is alive, they won't do any harm to their family. She tells him everything and he worries and fumes about khushi being alone. Survi explains that she is with her and he doesn't have to bother. She tells Kartik to go to their bandra apartment with Kishore and stay hidden there for awhile.

Khushi and Bindu are watching the promo of latest serial "Mehak" and discuss about it. She sees Krishna, who is totally lost in playing video games, and asks him if there is anything that he has done wrong, or else the police wouldn't have come baselessly. He eyes her but keeps playing the game silently. He gets frustrated when he loses and takes it out on her, chiding her to do homework. Khushi says that she has done already, and asks if there is a lookalike. He chides her again for being chatterbox. Tai comes and asks him to stop scolding khushi. But Krishna keeps scolding. Khushi is visibly upset so Tai soothes her saying that her father is tensed. Khushi tells Tai that she doesn't want to play or talk with her as she tried to kill her and Kartik. Krishna asks her to apologize to Tai. When she refuses, he slaps her. This shocks all. Hema rushes to console khushi. She reprimands Krishna, and he shouts at her also. Tai thinks that he has become insane and will ruin their plan. He asks her to apologise. She complies. Tai asks her not to and tries to distract her. Krishna says that he won't tolerate that her mother has pampered them all, and from now on, only his wish will matter.
Later in their room, Tai scolds Krishna for being so callous, as what he was doing is very different from Kartik. She orders him to imitate Kartik. He gets mad and points a knife at her. She shoves it away. He says that he needs to settle vikram first, who is one of the issues of his past. Tai tells him to be careful, and behave like Kartik. He snaps at her again. pyare and kalindi watch worriedly.
Upon returning, Survi and Kishore hears all from Hema. Survi asks her not to worry as Kartik has been through a lot. She apologizes to khushi on behalf of Kartik. But khushi sides with him saying that she shouldn't have talked like that with Tai. Survi complies and asks her to take rest as she needs her energy for the Ganapati Visarjan tomorrow. Lata opens a box in her room and gets emotional. She calls the driver, asking him to come, as they need to leave soon. Survi reprimands Krishna for scolding khushi so hard. He is indifferent, but as she keeps on for long he loses his cool. They start verbal fight, and the entire family gathers. She asks what would he do now, hit her as that is what left. She tells him to apologize to khushi right now. Just as Krishna is about to take his knife out, Tai hits him hard on face. She asks him not to give it all away and points out that he is wrong. He promptly walks away.
Later, Survi narrates the incident to Kartik over phone. He is enraged hearing that Krishna has slapped khushi. Survi assures him that it's only a day and asks him to remember what he has to do tomorrow. After saying goodnight, Survi looks up to find Lata looking at her. Lata says that she wants to go to some place immediately and asks not to question her then leaves. Survi goes to Lata's room later doesn't find her there. She wonders what was so urgent. Then, she spots the same box Lata was eyeing earlier and looks into it. She's puzzled and plans to find out.


Precap: Vikram and Kartik, disguised as helper for visarjan , sneak inside mansion. Here, Survi eavesdrops Lata saying someone how both of her twin sons are alive. She is stunned to learn this and gets that Krishna and Kartik are actually twin brothers.
