Kartiks reason for giving the Property

In the last few episodes Survi and Lata kept on begging Kartik to sign and give the property to Tai and he kept on refusing.

And the reason for this could be, he didn't want to give the property just to save his life. Probably he wants to handover his property to Tai whole heartedly, without any conditions and tell her that he is now fulfilling his promise to her that "before looking after his own, he will look after Tai and his family". To Tai this will be like a big slap on her face. I am sure that evil woman will not sit satisfied.

Kartik will restart his life by getting rid of property and money that drifted his family apart. Survi, Lata, Shanti, all three of them said to Tai, that there is no need to play games, she only has to ask once and Kartik will hand over everything to her and that's exactly what Kartik will do.

Kartik had enough self-respect to sign the papers in exchange of his life. I am glad Kartik now knows everything but last night's episode was bit too over dramatic

I know it looks stupid for him to give his property to those who try to kill him and his family.

The way Tayi said how she sacrificed her kids share just to look after Kathik and his family, I think those words affected him.

I used to wonder why Karthik gives so much importance to Tayi. So Tayi and her husband gave shelter to Karthik and his family after his father. So basically, he is grateful for that.

If he signed the papers in the fear of life, then it would have been win for Tayi.

After Karthik gives property to Tayi and her family without any fear and pressure, he will be free from her promise, also it will be a big slap on her face.

Agree, yesterday's episode was so dramatic. As I knew the story through spoilers, I just fast forwarded.
