All About last night

Hope u bear with the long post.

I started watching the show frankly coz of parimahal.Those types of movies or dramas always intrigues me.

Despite,all blunder and illogical things they showed us being a tv drama, this show somehow maintained the consistency of the characters.they are growing up,evolving as an individual but not for once change into a different person.lets talk about our MLs here.

Puchki: From the 1st scene of the young puchki to our asmita she was the braver one who always gives it back.Who is not an emotional fool.who can see the logic and plotting.who has been kind.the only exception she has is her buro.Every time she stumbled,cried,get hurt,insulted -its always coz of him.I even feel she lost her choti ma coz of this attachment too.If she ran away with her mom without making late by demanding buro ,mayb,just mayb they could have gone free.

Still she never blames shaan for that.That's how much precious shaan i s to her.So while everyone was bashing her for asking that wife's right and getting all those ill treatment to prove her character in her sasural,i can see the point.She was still doing her job,planting bugs,being careful about her identity all the time,calling and planning whatever needed to solve her cases.mind it,she give it back to shaan also a lot of times.(I love those intense scenes ,even our drunk shaan said u always beat me up!!)

She is still the fierce puchki.And last night was her final breaking point as someone else posted here.her dialogues,her logic,her pain everything was on point .even in her distress she forgave shaan.She didnt curse him,she just gave him the facts this way or that way u will miss me.

I have a feeling she knows It's nivi's plan.I loved how when shaan pushed her out the 1st thing she thought what influenced shaan to do that instead of crying like a typical heroine.That's our puchki.The intellegent one.

Hats off to vrushika for her enaction of all those scenes.

Shaantonu: well from their 2nd scene itself,we know how puchki called him crybaby.Asmita repeated the same in the maha epispde.remember the milk scene b&w the kids?So that's shaan.The sober one.the calmer one. The one who always protects her from behind.be it giving her gifts in the name of God or saving her from getting sold while he was pretending to hate her to now.U know all the story.BUt the thing is he never had his opinion.He had been under so many oaths since childhood.He never made a choice on his own.Everything was decided by someone else.he is the fragile one,the suspicious one,the selfless one,the one who gets easily manipulated.That never changed.he misunderstood puchki as a kid.When he realised his folly knowing chanda alive,he just take that as it is.mayb thinking nivi mamma had wrong info.urggg.this guy is such a fool. He is the real inferiority complex kid in the show,not ridoy.

(Ridoy is gonna be more like a psycho l ike his mom,i feel so)

His only exception is puchki.the only thing he ever asked for himself from God.even with all those adoption burden,with all those misconception about puchki he always missed her.protected her.and even when his bro fall for her,he still couldnt stop his feelings.However much he loves ridoy or the shackles of being a majumdar stopped him from doing anything ,he still slipped.His feelings have been always out of control.

If the 1st part of last nights epi made me happ, the last part made my eyes moistured.The way he shrieked,gagged showed his helplessness.poor guy can't even scream in agony in case some one hear.and he confessed.He confessed it all.How he was the coward one,the weaker one in this relation.Finally puchki's shaantanu had that monologue we all had been waiting.and how beautiful was that.we all have seen asmita's overwhelming love and trust for her bondhu.but we finally saw the 11 year traumatised lonely broken kid there in the bathroom in a 30 (?) year old body

Personally I love puchki as well as vrushi more .but avinash stole the show last night.He was so amaging in his portrayal of that lonely man,it broke my heart.I heard he was also sick.respect to the guy for pulling off such a scene despite that.

Last night was one of the best epispdes in the recent itv shows I'm watching.

PS:sorry if anybody feels I was talking too much.I just really wanted to appreciate the actors and the characters they play.
