Kunal still deserves share of meanus property cz he is active part of the business and takes responsibility and works hard for it. Even many times in the show its has been mentioned how passionate kunal is about his business.

On other hand abir was never interested in meanus business. He is a self made.he has his own apps runs ngo. I don't think he has right in the business and he never wanted anything from meanu.

Abir has Evey right to the property even if he is not interested in business..

In family business(huf rules) every family members becomes a part of the property even if one is interested or not in the running of the business (they basically becomes sleeping partners) and as per indian rules regarding huf mishti also has right on the property. That is not the point i was making. My point was on the basis of emotional investment on the business. The very reason why mishti returned the company to kunal. Abir emotional investment on his ngo, apps are much more than meanus business vice versa for kunal.

There are few questions here, first of all what property are they talking about? Are they meenu's personal assets or company assets or naanu's assets or what ? 😆 what is included in the term "property", are they talking about shares , house , money, business rights what 😆😆

Someone mentioned about HUF , ummm first of all they need to get themselves and their business registered as huf for the rules to be applied to them 😆 not only that karta ( head ) has to be a male after that the daughter can take over ,so technically until naanu is alive, meenu can't be the head and can't transfer anything to anyone before naanu's peromison if it's a huf anyway but its not so forget it 😆

If its meenu's personal assets, she can transfer to anyone in any manner 😆 Her property her decision...😆 She can give it to kunal to abir to jugnu or donate it yaan udaa de uski marzi

However if it's about company 😆 Just like its said that kunal should be happy that meenu raised him and made him educated and gave him a business to handle in the similar fashion naanu also raised meenu and sponsored her education and gave her a business to handle 😆 Toh meenu also should be happy that way 😆 Sab naanu ka hi Hua technically ...DA vansh was started by him , nahi hota toh yeh log kya karte 🤣
