Basically I was imagining what happened on the fateful day of 18th September 2020 at SP office and here it goes:
SP office, Friday morning. SP and PH (production house) teams are in their regular weekly meeting on show’s progress
SP exec: So this week’s TRPs came yesterday and your 'this' one show is not picking up consistently for few weeks now. *stern face and expecting something on the lines of ‘yes, we are working on it’ but instead*
PH: We know *don’t give a darn face* 😳
SP exec: *again trying to make things clear* we know we changed its time but it was a decision by all of us. We can not keep giving same excuse for long. And also we are pulling few shows off air and we are looking for time slot for some new shows too *again expecting ‘yes, we are working and just need some time to regain our top spot’ but instead they hear*
PH: offer them 9 pm slot *straight face*
SP exec: *in shock* are you sure? 😲
PH: yeah, one day it had to go off air anyway so why not now? We already have one show running for 12 years and counting and another one which we LOVE so much to give it this shows timing should convey you the message . End it, its ok. Let us know when do you want to launch a replacement show, we can wrap this one accordingly. Even within a week or two if you want 😎
SP exec: *seeing PH’s indifference* Wow, that's perfect. We’ll talk to the new show’s PH and tell you when you need to pack up 😃
PH: Great. See you at the success party of our other 2 shows 🥳
SP exec: You mean wrap up party of this one right? 😕
PH: Yeah, sure. Whatever! 👍🏼

#This is a fun post , meant only for entertainment purpose, not to mention its figment of my imagination. 
I am just mad that they are giving up so easily, not even trying to move it or something. It SO deserved another chance with its old charm and progressive tracks, if anything!
Also I think its ironic that just like mishbir whose own parents left them, same happened to their show as well, its own creators left it! Oh well.
(I secretly wish to write a part #2 of above imagination with positive news and ph and SP turning angels. I wish...)
