I prefer Mishbir to Devakshi though I watched KRPK quite devotedly. As for Anupama it’s a remake of Bengali show Sreemoyee, which is a rehash of 2014’s Sujata on SP, so it’s the same old theme for 3rd time!

Oh, I cannot bear any of Ek's shows. But I guess SP can't promote two shows by the same production house. There are still a lot of people who see Sharica as Devakshi though. They were hugely popular.

I wish they promote Mishbir and yeh jadu hai something together once. They can very well do that. That'll get Mishbir where we want them. If only SP can do that with EK.

Speaking of KRPKAB, I prefer Ben Ba to Ishwari; Ishwari pre-separation in KRPKAB was just a whole other level of jealous possessiveness.

Also, Sha must be really close to Supriya ji to call her his 2nd mother; that is a BIG BIG thing; one doesn't just call anyone his 2nd mother randomly.

I think Shah is quite used to female hysteria and girls going crazy over him. He has a huge fan following in Indonesia too and there they call him TV ka SRK, he’s even acted in Indonesian films and series!

I somehow feel Shah is quite detached and unaffected by his fame and popularity, he’s carefree and practical not romantic in real life!

Oh, Ishwari was far worse than Meenu mainly because she had an iron hold on Dev who was a typical Mama’s boy whose first priority was usually his mother!

That’s what sets Abir so far apart from Dev and all other mama’s boys in Hindi serials. He sees his mother as an adversary, he knows how dangerous and controlling she is and foils most of her attempts to destroy others lives!
If Meenu could control and manipulate Abir like other TV mothers then Abir would behave like Dev! That is Meenu’s biggest grievance that she can’t control Abir!

I love how hatke Abir is from other male leads who are easily manipulated by their mothers, aunts & other family villains and who always misunderstand the female lead and treat her like crap!

Even when I rewatched KRPKAB during lockdown, I skipped all the pre-separation episodes because of Ishwari. TBH I prefer watching KRPKAB episodes after Dev meets Soha.

I have never ever skipped a YRKKH episode because of Ben Ba...

Yeah, Dev Suhana scenes were very cute and emotional! Only I was scared that he would take Soha away from Sonakshi....

BenBa isn’t as messed up about her son like Ishwari was, Meenu is mainly a controlling Narcissist, she wants control over her whole family, not just Abir.
