What is happening to mishti

Hello I just watching the new again for the first

Time since March

I’m very comfused rn - can someone please tell me what has happened to mishti? Why did she and Abir leave the house and what do they show in the flashbacks?
I would appreciate the help since I don’t intend to watch the last few weeks’ episodes

Abir left Mishti in resort but after Kunal make Abir realises his mistake ..he ran for Mishti

But it was too late so Mishti was walking in the road herself ..before Abir could arrive

A guy try to harass Mishti and hurt her in self defense she hit him with stone and he is dead (police have said that he died due to overdose of alcohol)

Abir arrives and she Mishti hurt and got to check guy but before that he hears police sounds so he take Mishti with him but came to check that guy who is already dead declares by police so to save Mishti who is getting panic attacks and PTSD he didn't return home

The guy who harass Mishti is Karan

Varun's brother

Varun is Ketu would be husband

mishti is facing trauma for hitting a guy in self defense...
