leaving house is the best option as of now as he heard from kuhu too she cant live in same house as mishti... he wanted to protect mish from meenu now kuhu too added... he needs to think about all this from mish pov n about mishti... like you said once he chose kuhu in the moment but he needs to take care of mishti...

Someone said it before, but this is gearing up to be similar to Baba confrontation, he is letting her talk it out before saying anything. I doubt he can let Kuhu badmouth her, when he stopped random people from badmouthing her.
