Mere dimang main kida aaya, so I googled... and figured out that Arbour28 is in the same building, same floor as the club Amethhyst where our cast is partying right now😆

Shah must have stepped out for a bit to meet Kushal and was not there when they did live video of the party.

But I am pretty sure he is at the party

Nope, Pooja will be going on in the temples but people who follow shivratri will stay awake whole night and very early morning will go to temple to do Abisegam ,Pooja and all.

Then will do a small Pooja at home. People who are fasting can eat only after finishing Pooja at home in the morning.
