Its very much understandable that BP is worried about mishti. He is concerned about thinking meenu as mishti's MIL. He knows meenu's threat are not bluff either. But in that concern he is kind of forcing mishti to get married to nishant. No doubt nishant loves mishti and understands her to an extent. But to get over someone (that too abir) how come getting her married to someone else is a solution?

I had always seen BP as someone who is logical, practical and one with open-mind. He knows mishti still considers herself in-debt to mahs and cannot say no to him and BM. He is the head of the house, his suggestion is more like a decision for others. His suggestion is outright ridiculous. I have no issues with nishant here but honestly. Everyone can see the girl is still in love with someone else. I am not even saying he should consider abir for mishti right now. But simply bcos abir isn't good enough for mishti, ask nishant the stupid question cos he loves her.

Is she a ball or what? She is a human too. And meenu's fear has made him blind to mishti's state of mind. His is literally hoping to get them married in a week.

PS: If I may say so, Isn't BP too getting blackmailed by meenu in a way. She threatened him and he acted instantly.

I thought he would say something like this to meenu's dhamaki: I trust my daughter and let her make own decisions, my family will support mishti - what ever she decides.

If it would have happened - meenu would not try that trick (scare BP about mishti's life in RH) anymore.

i have a feeling that this is a ploy by bp to get a reaction from Abir. Bp is not aware of the mishmash attack so i guess this way he will shoot two birds with a single stone. if Abir cannot think of a life beyond Mishti then he will definitely come to them but if he doesn't then this plan can also backfire like nishmish attack. Because i don't see a reason why bp is suddenly so vehemently pushing for this rishta in opposition to every other member of the family. i guess this shaadi drama will act like a catalyst to Abir reacting and he has been taking those steps of late.

What BP is doing is under fear of meenu's threat. Getting Mishti married to nishant before abir comes back again is his way of protecting mishti from meenu. Honestly, Why doesn't he simply get refrain orders against RVs from court. That way atleast for sometime mishti is saved from them and then think rationally as to how to proceed further.

I also thought about it some days back 😆 But now I don't think so

BP seemed to be very serious about it , also his tolerance capacity is over I guess ... hence the impatience

Also I don't think BP is a kind of person who actively plans such things 😆 And if that's the case would be shocked and I hope he has taken nannu into confidence otherwise uske liye bhi toh unfair hoga 😆

BINGO...Kajrare naina ne apne pair pe kulhari maari thi Abir ki feelings bata kr...BP ka itna silent hona,Mishti ko defend na krna,Mishti pe opinikm force krna is so out of his character.After I read that He gave mishti 1 day to finalise her decision this possibility just triggered me as well.

same feeling after seeing today precap ultimatum i too feel its a ploy by bp... he is not someone to force decision on kids, like bm said... if not then its like role reversal... before its bm who was like this wanted mish to give kunal rishta a chance just to protect her from naman, now its from meenu mostly... 😆
