Kunal: Closet MishBir shipper?

Hey guys!

After watching how angry Kunal is at Mishti for forgetting his bhai so quickly, I think he may just be an undercover MishBir shipper. 😆 All this while, he wanted MishBir to break up and for Mishti to stop 'chasing' Abir but now that he thinks she has moved on, he seems mad af, even more than MishBir stans lol.

Jokes apart, it's very similar to how he felt when Mishti broke up with him. His ego took a beating and he's experiencing deja vu. In his mind, he thinks he and his family are prizes that anyone should be overjoyed to trap...err...catch. This is why he is projecting his anger at Mishti for 'rejecting' him onto MishBir's relationship.

He feels Abir has the right to move on but Mishti moving on threatens the world where Rajvanshs reign supreme. He can't imagine Mishti being anything but broken after losing Abir, so he is actually annoyed at her nonchalant attitude instead of being happy she is not pursuing Abir anymore. It makes his 'MishBir Todo' mission easier but well, arrogance and ignorance often reside together. 🤣

With Kunal, you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. He has major ego issues. He has been sheltered from consequences by Abir and from a moral compass by Meenakshi. It's a dangerous combination. His marriage with Kuhu has caused her nothing but grief while he has gone scot free.

This is why I want Kunal to be humbled and to love Kuhu for just being Kuhu, not because of what she does for his Ketu or Mami or Nanu. Since this is TVland and they will end up together, I hope there is a long road to redemption for Kunal.

His story arc can be interesting if treated properly, so I hope the CVs do justice to it.

Totally agree with you. After todays episode its obvious that Kunal has a long way to go before he realises his mistakes. I couldn't believe he said that his bhai has moved on he knows but how could Mishti forget his bhai so easily. And when his bhai left Mishti, apart from asking his bhai if he is ok he didn't even try to dig a bit deeper and it was ok for his bhai to leave Mishti. However today he cant see Mishti move on... Seriously...

I know this is ITV and in the end KuKu will be together but how I wish Kuhu leaves him. I don't see any quality in him that would make a girl fall in love with him...

Such an apt way of putting it...

Kunal as a character needs to mend his ways....be it his equation with kuhu or his general bitterness towards Mishti

It would be amazing if what u said happens.....the actor has the potential....so cvs for once have to go for it

He just has an ego issue. He likes to be mad at mishti for any reason no matter how illogical,

I may be in minority but his anger is not exactly on Mishti having moved on..it's more on her great claims on her love for Abir ,ike he said that she even claimed that she loved Abir more than Kunal did.

Plus Kunal is still not convinced with Abir's reason for break up as he can sense that Abir is changed now.He gets hurt.

Along with that 2 months is really a very short span to get over your love,your broken relation and more over getting into another relationship.

She literally behaves infront of them as if Abir never meant anything to her.(we as an audience know that she is faking) but kunal as a character can't see or sense that.
