Thank you for giving the necessary warning to the makers deepi , much much needed ... now I have a few points to make, didn't want to say but since this Dev thing was mentioned in between ... honestly I didn't like it ..
1. Today abir saying " i hope tumhe koi aisa ladka mile jiski kismat abir rajvansh jaisi na ho " this line I will take it as a hint , that vatsal's character will be everything that abir couldn't, the man who would keep mishti as his priority , the man who will not have a heart bigger than abir but wont me too emotional too , the man who will not succumb to pressures, this was the kind of man bade papa was looking for mishti from day 1 , it will not be an illogical fight between 2 characters , it will be a fight between 2 positive ideologies .. end game is mishbir we all know , but the confusion the dynamics will have it's own charm , I seriously hope they do this without nach baliye shaadi drama in a matured way
2. Regarding abir and dev , they both are as different as chalk and cheese ... there is no comparison, even their angst has shades , just because they have similar looks now doesn't make them similar , sorry to say this but dev was an emotional fool, abir isnt ...he clearly knows what he is doing... today his sentence that sorry partner aapne mujhe chand diya lekin mein nahi sambhal paaya clearly indicates he thinks so high of mishti and regrets losing her, he knows the entire truth as well whereas dev genuinely believed sona doesn't deserve the Mr. Dev Dixit 😆 he didn't knew his so called brother and mother had planned some papers against sona... dev ko bohot baad mein pata chala ke uske peeche kya game khela hai sabne milke..abir ko already pata hai kon kitne paani mein hai...and seeing the precap I think mishti also knows that abir was highly influenced.
3. BP is someone who has always been sensible in any situation, he has never taken biased decisions, abir was the one and only hope for him , for his daughter and seeing him say such stupid things triggered his emotions ... if you know BP he doesn't really hate anyone or keeps grudges , if that was the case then after mishku GD he would have never allowed kuhu and mishti to get married in the same family ... abir will have to try really hard to impress BP now... ab sirf badi badi batein karne se kaam nahi chalega
Ab third entry aane vali hai toh sirf garba toh nahi karega ...😆...
Sorry If i sounded thoda rude 😛
No you weren't rude 😆 Let me try and answer your questions-

Well, IMO Abir was/is a great guy. Yes the writers really messed up in the last few episodes and what he did was brutal but apart from this one instance, Abir has always prioritized Mishti. I mean he is the guy who stood by her after the haldi stunt even when her own family didn't. One horrible mistake will not erase all his good deeds. If there is anyone who deserves a second chance at happiness, its him. And its easy to be a perfect person when you are not under pressure. To have a mother like Meenakshi, a father like Mehul, a brother like Kunal and a family like the RVs and still remain sane is a huge challenge. So I dont even think its fair to compare Abir with Vatsal's character and declare he is a better match because he is everything Abir wasn't to Mishti. And frankly, I dont even mind a love triangle provided its done right. Mishti agreeing to marry because BP is pushing her to it and then crying in every function with Vatsal's character finally backing off is not something I want to see. Agar dikhana bhi hai toh make it mature without involving shaadi and nach gaana.

he didn't knew his so called brother and mother had planned some papers against sona... dev ko bohot baad mein pata chala ke uske peeche kya game khela hai sabne milke..abir ko already pata hai kon kitne paani mein hai...and seeing the precap I think mishti also knows that abir was highly influenced.
Honestly, I completely disagree with your analysis of Dev. During the first break up, he impulsively took the decision because he saw his mom battling for life. During the second break up, the situation was completely different. His brother ousted Sona and her family from her house and made her believe Dev did it. And his mom had made him sign the prenup agreement without his knowledge and Sona again misunderstood Dev here. So when she came to confront Dev, he was drunk and both were emotionally vulnerable. He had taken the decision to live separately with her but she was not in the mood to listen to him (the situation was such). And then when she rejected him by throwing the mangal sutra on his face, he couldn't take it anymore. He felt that both his mom and his wife (the two people he loved the most) failed to understand him which led to his rebellious and cynical nature post leap. So nope, it wasn't just a misunderstanding. In fact, even later, when he finds out he has a daughter, not once does he think of separating her from her mom. So I honestly think its unfair to just call Dev Dixit an emotional fool who misunderstood his wife. No, it was a lot more than that. And yes Abir is a lot stronger and level headed than Dev because both their circumstances were completely different. Like I said, its impossible to compare two people who are in completely different circumstances and faced completely different struggles in life. Dev was a beautifully flawed character (sorry for my essay 😆)

I honestly dont blame him for what he did today. I was only pointing out that the writers should not go overboard post leap and always maintain his sensitive and level-headed nature. Since this is ITV, they can tamper with any character for conflict and drama. And I dont want them to do it to BP.
