No if she gets pregnant then she will definitely not raise her own child then her child most probably will be raised by abhira . If it would have been any other show then this child would have been fl and maira would be pl and the plot would be between abhira khoon vs abhira parvarish. But it is rishta so khoon will be priority and maira is fl.
