Unless she has cryptic pregnancy. Which is not truly possible in show.

Cryptic matlab some woman have minimal to no symptoms and only realise quite late. And surprisingly some only realise when labour starts.

And some woman are blessed with no morning sickness and all such. Some have smaller bump due to various reasons like inverted uterus.

Female anatomy is a wondrous mystery.
