romit has that charm to pull audience and he is in good terms with dkp. So a doctor who heals her understanding her pain accepting her as it's can suit the look alike Rohit in story. Daksh too gets easy acceptance for him that way. Rohit soul won't be happy seeing ruhi alone crying so in another form he has to hold her. Ar can't give that love to ruhi it's only care and responsibility
