You know in ITV, those writers or the team are pro-life, they continuously speak against abortion, even show FLs putting their lives on risk for children, they continuously discourage women

So, she can abort the child with consent of Armaan and Abhira, the doctor didn't specify if critical pregnancy was life threatening, if it was then Ruhi wouldn't need consent from parents
