I think in some thread I have answered it's near impossible as per Indian law if they do not manipulate

Ab has a FIR of child kidnapping

Ab ar have reached divorce twice in matter of couple of years

Ar bit about licence cancelled

Ab fought for criminal to be caught and then used unfair means to get that person out on bail

So shows that their relationship does not have maturity plus they do not have financial stability..so from orphanage u cannot..

Unless they get from dustbin or abandoned kid somewhere and some judge helps them in adoption process
