Actually there is no consistency in bonds. In a particular track MG is the biggest fan of Armaan, when he shouldn't be (during 3 months time period after curses by Vidya mata). Then he disapproves of Armaan to an extent of suggesting a random guy whom he doesn't know well to propose his married great granddaughter, who already hopes to reunite with Armaan.
MG has been a least supportive rather regressive father figure, who only acted against in-laws of his daughters whenever his own ego was bruised.
@bold regarding his chemistry with Abhimanyu, well a man divorced your granddaughter when she miscarried and you're allowing him in your house, allowing him to get married to your second granddaughter, whom he previously left at altar. That's absurd and height of shamelessness, even in fiction. Getting his daughters' married-divorced-remarried is the only purpose of his life.
Guys, cool it. I'm not talking about the characters, rather the chemistry. I didn't remember the real name of the character playing MG, that's why. I am not justifying what he does or has done. I don't like him either way. I cannot like KP (the character) and still say that she and Abhira have great chemistry. Can I not?
