That is very true. You should not wear your nice clothes or shoes on Holi. 2 years ago, I wore a t-shirt that I liked and it got ruined. It went from being white to rainbow tie dyed.

Exactly. And I feel this is the purpose that Abhira wants to achieve by asking him to meet Vidya. Sometimes after a horrible breakup, you require closure & here Armaan needs that closure where he has to understand that jo uske saath hua, where he didn't recognise Vidya - that's not his fault. He did nothing wrong. Not being with Shivani, not finding her & putting Vidya in a pedestal for so long - all this needs to faced & accepted that the mistake was only Vidya's. And that cannot happen unless he share his feeling with Shivani & faces Vidya to get the closure he desperately needs.

I remember as kids my mom used to put dher sara oil in our hair so that the colour can come out easily in just one wash. Bas ussi ki kami lag rahi hai.

Yes, I still do because I love playing Holi.

For Holi, both my mom or I used to keep a separate pair of clothes specifically for the occasion, wearing them once and then discarding them.

In our house and friend group, wearing 3/4th or full sleeves on Holi often leads to teasing-people assume you’re trying to avoid getting color on you!

But I guess then both of them are guilty of this putting the other under pressure of their expectations. So, not just ABhira, but Armaan learns too. To not up and give up on their relationship every time Abhira does not meet his expectations.

Oh I agree. Armaan has put pressures on her - recent example being the Abhir case. But he has recognised gia mistake and actually apologized for her in that regard. He has said that he put unrealistic expectations on her and he should not have done that. So here I will give him that point.

you are too brave to wear white on holi. I always wear the rattiest clothes I own that are 1 step away from becoming a pocha, along with ghar waaley chappals for holi
