It's a lovely sequence..Shivani tells few lines ( song/ poem types shayad) when she feeds him and then Armaan's memory kind of triggers and he recognizes it from childhood..

Vibhuti in her iv says Shivani condition is not serious as such and gets discharged in a day or 2..the sequence for now I think is only for added ddp and to show why Ar would be without any savings..
