i agree. episode started off really good with armaan and shivani, i thought that bit would be longer but it ended before the feels totally kicked in. the bts had way more detail than the actual episode. i dont know if its the short air time they are given that the scenes are so short now. one of the clips i saw from the bts she gives him a kiss on his forehead and i dont think i even saw that in the episode. i wish their meeting was longer. they could have had a nice conversation before having him jump to “you are going to come home with me”.

Armaan - RK sequence was a major part of the episode.. Ar hugged RK and said all the right things acknowledging wholeheartedly all that RK had done for Shivani and even how he supported Abhira... But the dialogue on want to free you from the burden and financial compensation was not needed or should have better written, it felt insensitive.. After RK emotionally saying how he and Shivani were a family for all these years, making it a choice between Shivani and Abhira do not allow you to feel for the loss as you would have otherwise.. Pyaar vs Pariwar there was forced.. And then when he says he will take Shivani away where Ar can't even meet her ( not sure how he planned to) if Ar do not divorce Ab even after Armaan saying that it's their choice, he is not going to snatch Shivani and RK will remain a son - that was selfish and in a sense cruel as well because he would be depriving Shivani also of her son whom she missed all these years.. Not even getting into the absurd confidence that he has about Ab falling in love with him if she is away from Armaan.

Siddarth was good in today's episode also.

Abhimaan milaan was only the good part.

Exactly. Rather than savour the reunion & actually have Armaan sink in being with his mom for a few mins, they immediately started with him wanting to take his mother back. Also I swear that man is more delusional than everyone combined, when he assumed that people at the Phouse would be happy to see his dead mother alive, especially after having just heard horrible words from his grandmom about his paidaish

Yep, even I felt there could have been better bgm/ song choices... Lukka chuppi would have been a good one and suited the context too, if they didn't want to go with rishta bgm as it was already used twice

Also I have to say this, but despite being delusional, RK as a character & Siddharth as an actor, was really good today. He does exceptionally well when he talks hard truths, especially to Armaan or the remaining Poddars

Oh definately yes. For once the K3G BGM felt a bit OTT. There were loads of other songs that could have made a better impact. I surprisingly didn't tear up till the very end when Armaan was as usual given a choice. That man in the next few episodes is constantly going to be playing KBC with everyone.

@Bold - Totally agree. But sincethey executed it much better than Abhira identity reveal I am giving it a pass.

The entire pyaar vs pariwar was forced. Also does RK know that Armaan and Shivani got estranged when he was a little kid, coz the entire "Maa ko nahin doonda" was a felt like cruel thing to say l

All that aside kudos to all the actors who did extremely well with whatever that was asked of them. Ropu deserves all the appreciation for his portrayal of Armaan . I can only thank the offscreen kalesh that resulted in getting him onboard. Sam toh hain hi talent ki dukhaan. Vibhuthi mam came as a surprise for me, coz I haven't noticed her before in her other shows majorly bcoz I was not following ITV. So at start I was expecting high voltage ott Ness during revealation episode. But she was soft, subtle and just perfect atleast for me. Siddhar also was good at his part.

Abhimaan reunion..Loved the reh jaon - reh jao and the rishta ost..

Felt it would have been better if this came after stretching the Ar- Shivani reunion for some more time

That Abhir - Kiara bit could have been completely avoided - it was absolutely not needed in today's episode. Usse achcha they could have extended the reunion for Armaan & Shivani
