Exactly, I don’t know why he is angry over that step mother going to jail. Like you said she is the same woman who cursed him and his wife on their wedding day and called him sautela. I m not a fan of AK , nor interested to see Abhimanyu dancing to her tunes. Character growth for me = less impulsive and more emotionally regulated, which the makers did show in abhimanyu towards the end.

Not everyone likes angry characters who are emotionally not regulated. A man who supports his wife, stands with her, doesn't try to control her and is always kind and soft spoken, will be liked by many. Angry man and timid girl is not a genre a lot of people like. We all can have our choices

She is angry person who had slapped ruhi, broke Armaan's cars glass just because she did not liked the gift. Even she had challenged dadisa and all without even thinking. She also took impulsive decision of stealing Ruhi's baby, declaring dadisa is criminal etc.

Abhira is also not standing with armaan to protect his maa . Why only man has to leave everything and protect woman's family but woman characters are okay if they destory man's family for impulsive reasons and when man fights back he will termed as red flag?. Abhira's brother's leg is broken and she is supporting him against her spouse. So why can't abhimanyu support his family against his spouse. Why he becomes impulsive but not abhira ?

Even abhira is not emotionally regulated. She is one time acts like she wants to support her bro and next day slaps herself for punishing her maa.

Considering that all abhinav fans should hate ab but they love her because she is a woman who is doing it . 🤔
